Pool halls were closing. The rooms that used to be full of players, regulars who knew the game, who could tell you exactly what cue weight felt right for your stroke, who had opinions on every shaft and tip on the market, those rooms were emptying out. The community that made this sport what it is was getting harder to find.
And when those spaces closed, so did the advice. Suddenly the only place to buy equipment was through the big retailers, where the goal is volume, not fit. Where no one is asking how you play, what you're working on, or what you can realistically spend. Just a catalog, a cart, and checkout.
That bothered me. Not just as someone who wanted to buy gear, but as someone who genuinely loves this game and what it does for the people who play it.
So I built Cues & More to be something different. A place where you can find what you need, what you'll actually like, and what makes sense for your budget, without being sold to. A place that respects the players, the sport, and the pool halls that are still fighting to keep their doors open.
Pool deserves better than a generic storefront. So do the people who play it. That's why this exists.
